The chef is cutting boning a turk. He is saying "If I'm down far enough, this (I think the big ribs of the turk) is going to pull right out"
REALLY I can't get it at all, I need any suggestions please. I'm ready to send anybody this part of the video via video splitter (but basically, the chef is deboning it)

I think it mean, if I cut a big deal and only I have a smal part left, I don't have to use the knife no more and I can just pull it out by my hand.
