    ALL the bar, club, restaurant

The key to getting work in your chosen resort is networking. The simplest way of getting work is making yourself known to ALL the bar, club, restaurant and in our Malia resort – some hotel managers. You can talk to one manager one night and he might not have any work, you can talk to the same manager the next day and he may have 2 jobs! So the person who puts the time in will be the one who finds the work!

Does the second sentence sound good if ALL the bar, club, restaurant is changed into "ALL the bars, clubs, restaurants"?

    No it doesn't. It's wrong.
The sentence means "Make yourself known to all bar, club, and restaurant managers. And in our Malia resort, include some hotel managers.

... making yourself known to all the bar, club, restaurant [and in our Malia resort, some hotel] managers.
