Let me start it for you -- see what you come up with:
Submit your reports to Mr. ...
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

What about ' Submit your results yourselves to Mr Ali on or before 5.00pm.'

"on or before" is not the same as "prior to" and the "yourselves" is redundant.

How about, "Submit your reports to Mr. Ali by 5:00 P.M."

redundant? i thought it was okay for emphasis. The students might want to have their mates submit it for them so they should submit it themselves.
plus i never indicated that 'on or before' is the same as 'prior to'. i just suggested another way to put it with all the details mentioned in the first post. Tell me where im still wrong please.

You're absolutely right that "yourself" is suitable for emphasis.

I personally didn't see anything in the first post (the one that should be made more concise) that implied emphasis. You can include it if you think it's necessary, but the first post of "your reports should be submitted by you" didn't seem emphatic to me such much as sloppy.

The original post said "prior to 5 pm" and your edit said "on or before" -- so if those reports would be considered late right at 5 p.m., your rewrite would not work.

(I know you were trying to help in suggesting a rewrite at all, but I think it's really best for the original poster to try to do his or her own work. This was clearly an assignment [I saw several other similar posts by this poster elsewhere] so simply giving the answer is doing their homework for them, not trying to help them learn.)
