What is the meaning of "staight chocolate"?

The man says "I like Hersheys chocolate, straight chocolate"

No nuts, no caramel, no peanut butter, not mixed with things, etc. Just a bar of good, plain chocolate.

(I live pretty near Hershey. I like their special dark chocolate quite well, but give me Ghiardelli any day!)

No, it could be milk chocolate or bittersweet. It just means without things mixed in.

Since you mentioned Hershey's. The announcer are talking about how people have become more interested in dark chocolate so that it became everywhere. Then he adds "Even Hershey's is touting Extreme chocolate"

Does Hershey's originally a milk chocolate? or what he means here?

I don't know. I haven't read the rest of the passage. It makes sense to me that he is referring to plain chocolate without nuts or anything else, as I said before.

If you think he means chocolate without milk products or sweetening, I guess it's possible, but that would seem inedible as a candy bar.

I believe the original Hershey's bar was what we call milk chocolate. Perhaps he means he prefers that kind of chocolate bar to the newer, darker versions.
