    signing letters

Does your title such as an office manager go beneath the printed name of mine or below it. Or furthermore does it matter which way?

Your company may have a specific way of doing it but at my last job, letters were always ended with:

    Yours faithfully/sincerely (as appropriate)

    [Your handwritten signature]

    [Your name] Mr/Mrs/Ms + initial + surname

    [Job title] Office Manager
