    Hi all,

I am trying to read the story of King Arthur, but one word stuck in a sentence, maybe you can help me in this way.

Here it is: Now after awhile Uther-Pendragon and Queen Igraine had a son born undo them, and he was very beautiful....

I have found in a dictionary the sense unfasten, but I believe in the old century, this word means anither thing, can you show me the way, please.

    Thanks in advance.

This was either a typing error, or perhaps you have misremembered it. I believe it probably said "had a son born UNTO them" - this simply means they had a baby!
