    A(n) of jogging

    Hello!

    A(n) of jogging

    A(n) of running

Pleas fill the blanks (..) with appropriate words, in the same way as a slice of bread, a piece of wood, etc.

    Thanks in advance

We don't really have a word to use with jogging or running. Other sports do (a game of football etc), but jogging/running are solitary activities. If it's a competition it's a "running race", but never "a race of running".

    Hello Kazuo,
Nevertheless, a minute, an hour, and a half day of running or jogging is too much for those who don't do a bit of either.

    Hello, bds51!

I feel exactly the same way about this matter. You gave me a good hint. A minute of running. (…but a joke)

Thank you, have a nice day!
