Can somebody help me correct these sentences?

    1) Countries included in the reciprocal driver's exchange licence agreement are such as Malaysia, Canada, Uk and etc.
    2) Malaysia is included in the driver's licence exchange agreement between Ontario and other countries.

Notes: word order is important. In your second sentence you called it the "Driver's licence exchange agreement" which I believe is correct. You had swapped over "licence" and "exchange" in the first sentence.

Ontario is not a country, therefore you can't say "Ontario and other countries".
