    change of location?

    Is this sentence OK?

I am writing to inform you that there is a change of location and the meeting will be taking place on October 4, 2010 at the Westin Hotel and not the New York Hotel as originally planned.

    thank you

    Re: change of location?

----NOT A TEACHER AND NOT A NATIVE------

I am writing to inform you that the hotel where the meeting was supposed to be held, has been changed.
The meeting will be now taking place on October 4, 2010 at Westin Hotel, and not at New York Hotel as originally planned.

    Hope it helps!
