    CELTA Bursary

Does anybody know of any sort of funding available for CELTA courses, other than centre-specific bursaries? I have completed the selection task and interview and been offered a place in a centre (which does not offer its own bursaries/scholarships) in my city, and am looking for funding for the course. I am 18, finishing my A-levels in a couple of months and starting the course in June with a view to teaching English in Ukraine from October/November this year.

It would not be impossible for me to fund the course myself, but I was wondering if there was any funding for students specifically as this would be a big help!

    Many thanks.

    Re: CELTA Bursary

The only grants I know of have been for teachers in some developing countries to help their systems, I'm afraid.
