    can somebody check my mistakes

... Even in the sports world, German-speaking part is manifesting itself. In Football World Cup history, Germany has participated in the final more than other countries and Brazil has become a country, that only won more than others.
Therefore,German is taught as a second foreign language in our schools. The tenth grade student A1 level, the eleventh grade student A2 level and the twelfth grade student can get B1 level according to the European standards. We teach German by taking “Common European Framework of Reference for Languages” as a main model.

    What is "German-speaking part"?

In Football World Cup history, Germany has participated in the final more often than any other country, and Brazil has become the country that has won more times than any other.

Therefore, German is taught as a second foreign language in our schools.

Why? - because Brazil has won more often than anyone else?
You need to consider the logic of this sentence, and its truth value.

Students at the tenth grade student A1 level, the eleventh grade student A2 level and the twelfth grade student can get B1 level according to the European standards. We teach German by taking “
Common European Framework of Reference for Languages” as a main model.
