    Do we say " they are better than us" or "they are better than we are". which one is correct???

    "They are better than we [are]" is correct according to most grammar books and English teachers. It is grammatically logical because 'They' and 'we' are both subjective case. You might like to use this in writing.

    "They are better than us" is what most native speakers say - even educated people.
