    Independent Genitive

    Hi,there.Your help is appreciated here.
1.With a lot to deal with ,he feels much tired.
2.With the boy leading the way,we quickly found the man's house .
3.With all his work done, he went out to have a walk .
As far as I know ,in the "with" structure, we use " to do" to express future activities, "-ing " to express prensent acitivities, and "-ed" to indicate passive voice.
My question is whether we can use " with sth being done" to indicate that sth is being done as well as passive voice,eg,With the building being built next to our ofiice,we have to stand the noise every day.I don't think it makes any sense. How about your opinion?By the way,I have read some grammar books, but there is no such explanation.I would appreciate it if you could recommend some good grammar books to me.
    Thanks a lot!

If something is being done, that is in the passive voice. That active equivalent is "Something is doing something".
This has nothing to do with "with" though.
"With something being done" - passive.
"With something doing something" - active.

By the way, your posts are rather irritating to read. You must learn how to space punctuation. It's very simple and regular. A comma or period comes directly after a word, then comes a space, then the next word.
    In normal writing/typing:
There is always a space after a period or comma.
There is never a space before a period or comma.

It makes sense, though it could be expressed more tidily- With the building works next door, we have to put up with a lot of noise. etc
