Some websites offer conversation practice over Skype with native speakers (you may have to pay). Do you know no-one who speaks English? Someone you could just chat to for about an hour a week for practice? I don't know where you live, but in a lot of cities there are language exchange nights where people of various nationalities can go and speak a lot of foreign languages.
