The same way to draw the hare.(No context)

    Hi everybody!

What does the above sentence mean? Is it a slang or proverb? In what situation I can use it?

    Thanks in advance!

It's not a sentence. There's no finite verb.
I've never heard of it. Given that there's no context, you could safely forget about it.

Hello Raymott! Thank you for your help.

I take your point. Indeed, there is no finite verb in this 'sentence'.

Re: The same way to draw the hare.

The only examples of draw the hare seem to be trying to attract the hare from its burrow to hunt it.
