Look at this phrase[that's not a phrase] and tell me which is the right and logical way to say it:

    what is the difference between:

1- how can we to know
After auxiliaries, simple form of the verb should be used:
    I can/ should/ shall/ will/ have to/ must/ solve the problem.
    So, to should be omitted.

    2- how can we know
    This one is correct.
    is this phrase right?

-how can a madman to know he is a madman ??
    or i should asy

-how can a madman know he is a madman ??

The second one is correct. Madman is an offensive term. I think you mean something like this:
-How can a paranoid person know/find out/ understad he is psychologically ill?

    ^_^

I'm waiting for you[r answer], and please explain it to me.

    I've done that.
    Ch

The infinitive form is used only after certain verbs (Google "use of infinitives") and not after modals e.g. "can".

    chester_100

    iam gratfull to you

i dont know why iam still imagine that we can put (to) at this place

    probably since we can say

    - how to know
    right ??

    but we cant say
    -how we can to know

    overall
in order to keep (to) with me lol
    i should say
what can a madman do to know he is amadman

ok u said its an offensive term
yes it is i really need for such term
but it is different from your question
maybe in some part of it

    explain it to me.

    ok it
    not this ^^

    I've done that.

    ok
    thank you very much
