It is not correct. Occasionally you will hear some non-native English speakers add an extra syllable to words as in your example, "good". In fact, in the U.S. most recently you will hear, young people especially, add an extra syllable to words that end in a vowel sound such as "No" becomes "noah", "today" becomes "todayah" "free" becomes "freeah". It must be very confusing for non-native English speakers trying to learn the language.
