Could you please help me with the right sentence?

"The more registered children, the better we will be able to..."

OR

"The more registered children, the better will we be able to..."

Not sure what the context can have been here, but in any case, the beginning of the sentence should be:

The more children that are registered,

OR

The more children we register,

then: the better we will be able to .......

or: "The more children registered, ..."
"The more registered children," is not grammatically wrong though.

The more licensed drivers, the more people we'll be able to take.
This can mean a different thing to:
The more drivers licensed, the more people we'll be able to take.
