    Exclamation what are the meanings??

    I want to know what is the difference between these sentences.

    1) Only I have eyes for you!

    2) I only have eyes for you!

    3) I have only eyes for you!

    4) I have eyes only for you!

    5) I have eyes for only you!

    6) I have eyes for you only!


    They have different meanings but I cant figure them out can anyone help?

    As you can see above, 4 of them have pretty much the same meaning, number 1 is completely different and number 3 is simply incorrect.

    The most frequently heard is "I only have eyes for you", which is what you say when you tell someone that you like them, and you don't like anyone else (like them romantically!)
