    No. 1 is correct.

    Better : My skills and knowledge are well-suited for the position.

    I have the bad feeling that all 4 sentences are wrong.
    First I thought sentence 1 was correct.
    (It sounds natural.)
    But then I realized that match is a verb here.

    What about this:
    My skills and knowledge are well matched for this position.

    I'm very interested in reading the teachers' opinions as well

    Match is a noun, not a verb, in the sentence.

    Hi uktous,
    I think that:
    #1. is correct,
    #2. isn't correct for lack of an article,
    #3. & #4. aren't correct because 'My skill and knowledge' is a compound
    subject - plural.
    Frankly speaking, I hate the grammar.
