I have diifficulty understanding the followings.

A-1 : This decision will be to the benefit of the whole nation.
A-2 : This decision will be the benefit of the whole nation.
A-3 : This decision will be the benefit to the whole nation.
A-4 : This decision will be the benefit for the whole nation.

B-1 : This decision will be of benefit to the whole nation.
B-2 : This decison will be of great benefit to the whole nation.

C-1 : This decision will be benefit to the whole nation.
C-2 : This decision will be of the benefit to the whole nation.

I don't know which is right. Using of "the" and many prepositions is always diifficult for me.
(I almost wrote "difficult to" instead of "diffcult for" in this part.)
plz help~!

A-1 : This decision will be to the benefit of the whole nation.

A-1 is also OK.

You can say:

The decision will be to your benefit
The decision will be of benefit to you.
The decision will benefit you.

... up to a point... In my book, it's rare that a decision is of benefit to anyone. Its results benefit people; taking it can result in benefits. ;-)

So little time, so many nits to pick!

The whole nation will benefit from (or by) this decision.

Is the sentence OK? And from or by, which one fits better?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, your sentence is OK. Either "from" or "by" would be fine.
