Could you give us an idea of who/what/how you're teaching at the moment? Otherwise, there's no point of comparison to suggest improvements.

I am teaching conversation and free discussion to adults in order to help them communicate fluently.

Teaching Speaking must include: some competence such as understanding the meaning of the phrases used, how to initiate the dialogue, how to appreciate the cultural difference, and how to take turn in the conversation, good luck!
