Hi,
Would you help me use this sentence in a situation. Or how could we say it in other words with the same meaning?
Is it worth it?
Thank you.

Good morning, Ferdie.
(1) Is it worth it? = Is some action justified?
(2) Tom lives in the city. Rents are very high. He has a chance
to get an apartment in the countryside for a very, very low rent.
But he will have to drive 50 miles each day to and from the countryside.
Is it worth it? Does paying a very low rent in the countryside
justify driving 50 miles to and from work every day? Some friends will
say, "Tom, it's worth it." Others will say, "Tom, it's not worth it."
Have a nice day!
