I don't understand that first one.

This fan doesn't blow very hard.
Please dry off after taking a bath.

The others are okay if you use capital letters and real words.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

Why do you think it is better? Is it because I said I'm not a teacher or a native?

Splattered suggests a wider area. Oil could splatter all over the walls or the worktops, but if a few drops jumped up out of the pan and hit you in the face, then splashed would be better.

Re: are these sentences formation right or can it be better

I think a lot of that is up to simply what you have in mind when you say it or hear it. When I think of "splash" my first thought is a wave of liquid, so getting splashed with hot oil seems worse than getting splattered. However, I agree that "splatter" has no direction and covers a wider area.

I will have a very different picture if you say "A few drops splashed on me" then "I was splashed with oil."

Agree with you, emsr and Barb.

    This should sound better:

Oil spattered on my face while I was cooking.

spatter - scatter in small drops
