    help you in/with

    Dear Friends,

    Are the following sentences correct:

    1. If there is anything that I can help you(?) I certainly will be glad to do it for you.

    2. If there is anything that(?) I can help you in/with I certainly will be glad to do it for you.
    Thank you.

You can use the second one:
    2. If there is anything (that) I can help you with I certainly will be glad to do it for you.

You don't absolutely need "that" or "which". You can just say "If there's anything I can help you........."

In this instance I would use "help you with".

There are plenty of options for this kind of offer:

If there's anything I can do to help, please let me know.
If there's anything I can help you with, I will be pleased to do so.
If you require help with anything, please feel free to contact me.

    Etc, etc...
