    is this question grammatically correct, said by the interviewer at a job interview:
    'Why have you chosen this job?'

    Yes.
    The applicant doesn't have the job yet. So, it might be best to say, "Why have you applied for this job?"
    The applicant can turn down the job after the interview if she wishes, so she hasn't necessarily chosen the job yet.
