    Do you mean 'satisfied'? That is the past participle of the verb "to satisfy", and can function as an adjective, as most past participles can.

    Now that you have the correct spelling, checking a dictionary should be easy. Ask again if you don't understand the definitions in a few dictionaries.

    Satisfactory is an adjective used to describe something which makes you feel satisfied.
    In other words, it's similar to bored/boring, interested/interesting...and then satisfied/satisfactory
