    Wink smaller and smaller

    Hello there!

    Can we say:

-My garden is smaller and smaller. (After thinking, I would rather say "is getting" but this is what I wrote in my essay! Is it a big mistake? )

-Life is more and more expensive. ?

    Thanks a lot

    W

There is no mistake in your sentence.

    Re: smaller and smaller

It may be grammatically fine, but without further context explaining why the garden is shrinking, it doesn't make much sense.
