    1) You got your examination centre
    2) Which/What is your examination centre(i want to ask the name of the centre to the other person)
    3) I got a/an exam centre in abc college

    I'm not sure what this refers to. Are you talking about being notified by letter/email etc the location where you will sit your exams? If so:

    1) You received notification of your exam centre.
    2) Which exam centre were you given? OR Which exam centre did you get?
    3) My exam centre will be in ABC College.
