When are you going to take the test? What specific problems do you have with listening?

There are plenty of sample listening comprehensions on the net to help you practice. Just Google "ESL listening comprehension" or something similar and you'll find plenty.

My other advice is to listen to English as often as you can. Find an English online radio station (native English!) and have it on whenever you can, so that it's playing in the background. Don't concentrate too hard, just get used to the rhythm and speech patterns of the language. The longer you listen to it, the more you'll realise you understand without even trying.

I'm planning to take the test on summer vacation, which means 2 or 3 months later.

I did the listening practices, but the questions were too much.
After I did the first half, I was tired and coudn't think of any words that I heard.

Also, for the long conversation part, it was too long to remember every single words the person said. Even if I took some notes, I was not that fast to write everything down.

Is there anything I can do to imporve it?
Or, listening to native English conversation is the only way I can do?
