    Smile initials

    i gave a question to write initials under information transfer
    the question
    Full name : Barack Hussain obama
    Initials B.H.O

    the above is the answer however i marked the answer wrong when the " O" is not there
    so what is your suggestion

    You would generally expect the family name to be there.

    My initials are BD or BFD if I include my middle name.

    If someone says to initial something, I would not write "BF."
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    My initials are RJC. They are definitely not RC (ar-sy)!
