    computer translation

Can you help me to express the following sentnces more natually in English?

    1. Computers can translate only written texts, so when we convers with foreigners, they are useless.

    2. Computers don't understad context, so the translated text by computers sound awkwar because of improper words.

3.Therefore to trnalsate languages properly, we have to learn a language.

    Re: computer translation

when we convers with foreigners, they are useless.- so they are useless for conversation
2 understand... awkward and I would delete because of improper words.
3 Therefore, we have to know a language in order to translate it.
