    English Literature

    What does "rhetoric language" mean? I found it in a text about English Literature in the 16th century.
    I'm reading old English texts and poems and I find many difficult and strange words that don't exist in any dictionary! How can I understand such texts????
    I mean is there any dictionary to translate these old words??
