    Please help

    Just informed from the factory this morning that the shipment will be postponed to first week of July due to the defective material cannot replace on-time. We will try to push them for the improve schedule and keep you the update information. Please confirm your acceptance.

    This morning, the factory informed me/us that the shipment will be postponed to the first week of July, due to defective material which cannot be replaced in time. We will push them for an earlier delivery [date] and we will keep you updated. Please confirm your acceptance/understanding of the situation.
