In the UK, a van is smaller than a lorry. A van is usually the type of vehicle that a self-employed plumber or electrician might use. It has seats in the front, but the back is a large space for storing tools and other equipment. A lorry is the larger type of vehicle, frequently with more than 4 wheels, used to transport large goods over longer distances.

A bike would normally be the word we use for a pedal-powered bicycle (no motor), whereas a motorbike has a petrol-driven engine. However, people who own a motorbike will frequently simply refer to it as "my bike"!
