    foreign language policy

    Hello everybody,
I am a bit desperate. I'm at the process of writing MA TESOL dissertation about foreign language policy change in Poland, particularly about teacher's perspectives and attitudes towards the implementation of the rule of teaching English to secondary (middle) school students in equal language proficiency level groups. I'm looking for the materials regarding my reserach background (Polish or others). I know that there was a lot of controversion with regards to the lowering the age of the implementation of the new foreign language learning at schools, particularly in Europe. If there is anyone who knows some useful links/books/articles to it, please let me know.
