After our discussion held [date], I had a meeting with the landlord on [date] concerning the above subject. Details are as follows.
1. The rent for the new store is $xxxx month, so the total rent for all three stores amounting to $xxxx per month.
2. The landlord will agreed to do the electrical upgrading work at their cost.
3. The rent which includes existing eight Split A/C units and it will remain the property of the landlord.
5. The landlord is obliged to hand over the store premises to us end of July only.
Also, note that we need to provide 10 ton package A/C unit for the new store in order to keep the sufficient air cooling in the store.
