Dear Sir

Our company provides the staff free transport service route-wise. Our bus starts from a ditance place and most of the staff use seperate public busses and trains to get the trasport, hence since last year we received another bus from a middle point to facilitate the staff who travel all the way from very distance places.
Now the company is going to stop the bus but we need to keep the bus without stopping. So I am going to prepare a file to get signature from all travellers of this bus. Below is the letter I prepared to get signature. Please correct it ... if you add something better that is also welcome.

=================
As you all know that the transport bus GMP is going to be stopped saying the lack of staff travelling in. The purpose of starting this bus was to enable the staff who travell in NIT(G) trasport from distance areas to catch the trains and busses without any hassel at night as the bus always got delayed to Gampaha and Miriswatte due to so many pick up/drop points. Secondly the NIT (G) bus was full and staff who get in beyond Udugampola had no seats to sit and travel. Further the rostered staff travel in this bus who report to the office before 0800 hrs do a big roll for the company serving their time without requesting additional transport.

Considering all importancy and to express your necessity of having this bus in future, please put your signature below.

Dear Sir

Thanks a lot for the corrections. For your question ....

Staff take trains and busses at Gampaha and Miriswatta, the towns in the middle of our way. But If GMP bus is not operating NIT bus takes all the staff and many get off before Gampaha/Miriswatte .... so stop points are highter taking more time.
