What does 'w/c' mean in the following sentence?

"Could we arrange a call w/c 28 June?"

Many thanks.

Week Commencing.

w/c and w/e were used a lot in my previous job. w/e - week ending.

So if someone wants to arrange a call w/c 28 June, then they wish to speak to you/visit you at some point during the week which starts on Monday 28th June.
