    Which is correct?
    ..........between 2% and 10%
    or
    ..........between 2 and 10%

    I'd say either according to preference/which style guide you read. I prefer the first, although you would say 'between two and ten per cent'.

    Coincidentally, I've just this second read in a document I'm checking(about motorway construction in Portugal ):

    "a speed limit reduction to 80 or 90 km/h"
