    Cool is it "adapted"

    Hi there,
    What should i write at the end of a paragraph that i have quoted, but removed some parts of it?
    is there any special term, or shall i simply write [.....] in the spots where i have omitted something.

    The three-dot spaced ellipsis is all you need:

    The Ellipsis ( ... )
