Come by makes sense.
It means: to pay a short visit.

"Pop by" is more informal than "come by." Sometimes "pop by" is used when the visit is unplanned or spontaneous: "I arrived at my appointment almost an hour early, so I popped by my friend Elaine's office to say 'hi' since she works in the same building."
