    Is the below sentence correct?

    Is the usage of the word "inferences" is correct?

    It is really mandatory that you reply to this email with the appropriate status of the issue and inferences.

    Please advise

    Do you mean something like this?

    It is essential that you reply to this e-mail [by when?] with an updated status report of the issue and associated implications.

    Inferences is not correct.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
