    Subject - verb agreement

    Identify the sentence with correct subject - verb agreement.

    1. Although the trend is shifting, careers in science and technology continue to attract predominately men.

    2. Although the trend shifting, careers in science and technology continue to attract predominately me.

    3. Neither of the two women who responded to my personal ad seem like a suitable match for my outgoing, athletic nature.

    4. Neither of the two women who responded to my personal ad look like a suitable match for my outgoing, athletic nature.

    I am having problems trouble with subject verb agreement.

    Why don't you start by identifying the subject and the verb in each.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
