Which one is correct fro today English, student's book or student book ?

It depends, of course, on context but in some usage you would find "Student Book" as the term used by publishers that refers to the text (book) used by/for students and usually accompanied by a "Student Workbook". "Student's book" would refer to any book belonging to or intended for a particular student. Another form could be "students' book (one book used by all students) or "students' books (all books used/owned by all students).

The students' book -- That means that they had one book for all of them.
The student's book -- One student owned the book.
The students' books -- More than one student (who had one or more than one book each)
The student book -- Contrasts it to the teacher edition. (As described above.)
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
