Question Point Grey or Grey point ?

there is a street named point grey , what was the diffrence if it was grey point ?

Point grey street vs Grey point street

I am just wondering how does that feel for a Native speaker and what is the diffrence? is there any grammar rule for that ? I know that adjective comes before noun but how about this reverse combination ?

The colored words are names, and names don't necessarily have anything to do with grammar.
The name is what it is.
