Both are correct. "I have a headache" is more common in American English, while "I've got a headache" is more common in British English, but neither sounds odd to my ears.

I don't understand. Are you teaching a pronunciation class? If so, that is the only situation I can imagine in which it might possibly be acceptable for the students not to understand the sentences.1. Problems in Understanding these sentences.
2. problems in pronouncing them ..
Do I have to explain what do these sentences mean and concentrate on introducing new words for the students .. giving them the linguistic transcription or what ?
