    This is something you would say when you missed what the other person is saying.

    ex.

    -Look, there is Mr. Karpandavalinsky over there, the master of gobblygook nonsense.
    -There is a who and a what now?

    The person gets confused about the name Karpandevalinsky and the word "gobblygook".
