    which one is correct?

I am bit / a little bit confused for the difference quantity between your invoice and packing. Please clarify and revise it for our settlement.

You can say either "a bit" or "a little bit." You can even say, "a little." However, I am a bit confused by the rest of your sentence. Is there a difference between what you were billed for and what you received?
