    Tech should use the punctuations appropriately.


    What is the difference between both of them.

    I think the first should be "Tech should use punctuation appropriately" when we don't know exactly what punctuations are here ?
    The second is used when we know exactly what punctuations are and we want to talk about something concretely not generally as the first.
    To me, the second sounds better.
